Privacy Policy
IGR Events reserves the right to use, for promotional purposes, any material recorded at the event, whether in photographic, audio-visual format, without time limitation and in any format. The attendee representing the client on the event hereby give up any privacy right he/she might have to his presence at the event and accepts not to enter into any legal proceedings against IGR Events arising from the use of such material. The information filled in the contract form will be stored and used for obvious logistic purposes and IGR Events will not sell or disclose them to any third party other than that for matters directly related to the event. However, the client shall allow IGR Events to respectfully use the provision to make such information available to all the event attendees. The information you provide either on this website and/or any other IGR Events event website is being collected by IGR Events for the purpose of processing your registration or enquiry. The provision of this information is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the information requested, we may be unable to process your registration or enquiry. All such information provided to IGR Events either by web or telephonic enquiry will be held in the strictest confidence. Any requests to update/remove personal information will be done at the earliest possible time. IGR Events may run frequent online market/feedback surveys and may request information pertaining to an event held or an upcoming event and shall retain the rights to use such information only for the purpose mentioned in such forms. However, participation in such surveys is completely voluntary.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IGR Events shall not be liable for any special, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of this agreement or the services provided.
CANCELLATION OF EVENT
If IGR Events cancels the event for any reason, then the full amount paid by the client will be refunded within 30 business days of cancellation without the client being able to claim any compensation for the same.
Hereunder, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of use or any damages or sums paid by the Client to third parties, even if IGR Events has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CLIENTS
If the Client cancels the agreement more than 7 days after its signature and more than two months before the Event, he shall be required to pay to IGR Events 50% of the total amount mentioned in this booking form. If the cancellation is between 30 to 60 days before the event, then 75% of the contract amount remains due. In case of a cancellation less than a month before the Event, 100% of the price would remain due. That amount covers the marketing work already performed by IGR Events for the Client as well as the loss of other opportunities incurred by IGR Events due to the client initial engagement. It shall in no circumstances be negotiated or reduced no matter when, within the defined time frame, intervenes the cancellation. IGR Events can offer the client a full Credit up to the amount actually paid by the client to IGR Events. This Credit can be used within one year from the issue date for any event hosted by IGR Events. There shall be no refunds or credits for Cancellation received less than one month prior to the event. If the client does not officially cancel this agreement and does not participate in the event the invoice will remain payable in full.
